Bristol Lake Homes. Conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, Bristol Lake’s charm and amenities remain a major draw for buyers. Families also enjoy the subdivision’s location within the West Clermont School district.

Between February 2018 and April 2018, Bristol Lake saw two home sales. These properties spent an average of just twelve days on the market, and on average sellers received 100% of their asking price. The average sale price for each of these homes was $227,750. At the time of this report, there were no active listings, but two other homes were pending. The astonishingly short time on the market is a demonstration of the high demand for Bristol Lake as a community. This is significantly lower than many other West Clermont neighborhoods.
