Tall Trees Homes, Jan 2018 Report. This quarter’s report is a strong one. Several other communities in the showed a rather slow level of activity, however, Tall Trees stayed busy!
Over the last three months, November through January, there have been a total of 7 closings, off by 1 since the last report. As mentioned previously, some area communities fell to only a couple closing. The continued high number through the holiday season speaks well of the desirability of the development. It stands well in contrast to other communities in the West Clermont School district . The time on market ranged for 0 to 44 days for an average of 20 days on the market.
Prices varied quite a bit due to some of the sales being condos. The lowest was $102,000 which was a condo. The highest was $220,000. The biggest news was the sale price to list price ratio. It came in this quarter at 98.12%. Home sellers were receiving just about what they asked for the homes In this market that will often include the seller paying for some of the buyer’s closing costs.
