School District Reports Clermont County Dec 2018.  Prices and percentage of sale price to list price have remained fairly steady.  What will need to be watched is the inventory.  The number of pending sales for the last 6 months hit the lowest of the year for 5 of the school districts.  In part that is seasonal, but when combined with a low number of active listings and closed sales, it indicates a trend to watch going into 2019.
