This month’s Milford Home Sales Update is an award winner! Home sales beat all other school districts in Clermont in one area and came in second in three other areas!
The first category that Milford came in second are the number of pending homes, or homes under contract. 95! While that is not the highest it has been for the district this year, it continues to show that housing in Milford is among the more desired in the area.
The second category are the total number of sales for the last six months. 314! That is the highest amount of sales for the district since the beginning of the year. That means an average of 52.3 homes sell EVERY month for the last six months.
The third category is the sale to list price percentage. Homes are selling for 98.26% of asking price. That is almost unbelievable. It use to be that Cincinnati area homes sold for 94% to 96% of asking price. Sellers are netting more now than they have for years
The big category that Milford is better in than any other Clermont school district is the days on market. 25 days! Check out the graph below to see it for yourself. If it is marketed correctly, your home should sell quickly.
