Clermont School District Home Sales July 2018Clermont School District Home Sales July 2018.  It constitutes a change in direction!  Last month there were indications that the number of available homes was dropping.  Five of the nine school districts we track showed a decrease in available homes.  This month is more than the opposite.   In seven of the nine districts, there is an increase of available homes, with West Clermont having the largest jump. 

Before buyers start a happy dance, this needs to be tempered by both the absorption rate which indicates a continued seller’s market as well as the average days on market.  With the exception of Batavia, Goshen and Williamsburg, all the other school districts showed a decrease of days on the market.  While buyers will have more choices, there is still an urgency to write an offer on a home.
