Clermont School District Home Sales July 2018Clermont School District Home Sales August 2018.  YOWSER! This report is a very welcomed sigh of relief.  There have many prognosticators who have been saying to expect a less the welcomed turn in the market.  So far the numbers don’t appear to support their cries of “Wolf!”

In the eight tracked categories for the nine school districts, making 72 report fields, there were only 5 of those 72 fields that would be considered negative.  All the other fields showed either little change or positive change.  Days on Market FELL for all but one school district.  The total number of sales for the last six months increased for six of the school districts.  All in all it was a great report.

Of interest, when it comes to sold homes over a six month period, Williamsburg came in at the lowest with 48 sales, Loveland had 269, Milford had 355 but the big winner again was the West Clermont School District.  West Clermont for the last six months had 601 sales!
