Braxton Parke Homes, Sept 2017 Report.  Braxton Parke has been built over a series of several stages. The first section was just off Bach Buxton.  A unique aspect of the community are the condo townhomes close to the Bach Buxton entrance.  For those that love the community and location, it presents more than one way to enjoy life in the subdivision.  It boasts a community offers a play area as well as a community pool.  The area has grown and now, close at hand is a great multiplex movie theatre, multiple styles of restaurants as well as a Kroger Marketplace and Walmart.  The new West clermont High School is also close by. 

Over the last three months, June through August, there have been a total of 4 closings.  Of those homes, their ages range from 7 years old to 16 years old. The time on market is very impressive.  The average for the West Clermont School district this last month was 22 days but Bristol Lake bettered that at 9 average days on the market which demonstrates it as one of the area’s sought after communities.

Prices varied quite a bit.  The lowest was $159,900 which was for one of the condos.  The highest was $252,000.  However, the average sale price of $216,875 is about $34,000 higher than the school district.  Home sellers also saw a whopping 99.17% of their asking price.  In this market that will often include the seller paying for some of the buyer’s closing costs.
