The Bethel Tate home sales update for this month shows a continuing trend of good numbers. One great indicator for home sellers is the absorption rate, which is otherwise known as the measure for if it is a buyer or seller’s market. The rate dropped to 3.87 months of inventory which indicated a decent seller’s market.
