Batavia Home Sales Update continues on a strong and consistent path.  Home sales in the Batavia School District have the second highest absorption rate among other Clermont County school districts at 3.94 months.  That means that based on the average rate of sales for the last 6 months, if no new listings were added to the current inventory, there would only take 3.94 months to sell every listing.  That is a indication of a mild seller’s market.

That is supported by increase of the average sale price.  It is now at the highest price for 2017 at $187,577.  That is about $11,000 higher than the April numbers.

The one item of concern is that Batavia home sales lag behind in the amount of time it takes the average home to sell.  Currently at 74 days, it is the slowest in the area.
