For a smaller market, are numbers being reported in Williamsburg homes for sale that other area school districts would love to have!
First of all, the number of days the average home stays on the market continues at only 28 days. In June that number had been as high as 45 days. Now, on average, home sellers are looking to be under contract within a month!
The average sale price climbed up as well. It increased to $166,773 from August’s number of $169,619. In March, the average sale price a very LOW $117,017. While the jump represents the influence of higher priced properties on the market, to have that much of a jump in average sale prices is a good sign for the Williamsburg school district!
The big number is the sale price to list price ratio. It has jumped to an unbelievable 100.64%. No other Clermont school district is experiencing this. Quite amazingly, the average seller is seeing more than they are asking!
