Williamsburg Homes For Sale
According to all the measures, Williamsburg home sales are tremendous. While there are not a lot of sales in contrast to some other school districts in Clermont County, all the other numbers are impressive.
With real estate basically being a supply and demand driven market, home sales in the district show a high demand with a lower supply. The demand is such that the average home is seeing 100.21% of its asking price over the last six months.
Part of what is driving that is the affordability of homes in contrast to other areas. There are 3 bedroom ranch homes that can be bought for under $100,000 that would easily sell for $140,000 in the West Clermont school district. While being a bit further away from large shopping areas, it is also far quieter!
The only larger change this month has been the average sale price. The average price for a home sale over the last six months is $165,326. This is an increase from previous months and will be watched in future reports.
Numbers wise, Williamsburg is doing great! Of the 33 closings tracked, homes sold for 100.12% of asking price! Nowhere else in Clermont County can boast that!
The days on market continues to be solid and the average sale price continues on an upward trend. Those are signs of a healthy housing market.
