Really, all I can add to what was said to last month’s report is “DITTO!” The West Clermont Home Sales Update for May reminds me of the car commercial, “Zoom, Zoom!” Home sales volume in the school district are running circles around other Clermont County districts. There is also nothing in the numbers below which raise any concerns which would require a close eye in the months to come!
It is amazing the change the new high school has brought to the housing market. Prior to the new high school some home owners were looking for a way to move out of the district heading primarily to Batavia or New Richmond. Now, the volume of sales has left both of those districts far behind.
518 sales now 484 home sale in the last six months is amazing! Contrast to the 39 sales in the Williamsburg school district for the same time period. A huge 97.81% sales price to asking price ratio and crowned by an absorption rate on only 3.8 marking a stronger seller’s market and you have a very healthy picture of home sales for the district!
