School District Reports Clermont County Oct 2018.  The trend we noted last month is continuing this month.  The number of sales are slightly slowing.  This is not a sharp drop like was seen 10 years ago.  Between the increase in the interest rate and the time of the year, the hot market so many enjoy has cooled a bit.  Depending on the price range and location, some markets are seeing a longer time on market.  First time buyer homes continue on a fast track but mid range and higher are seeing a slowing trend.
