Milford Homes Under $170,000

The Milford School District has continued to grow and improve.  It services an area including Milford and much of Miami Township.  Clertoma represents a great option in the popular school district.  While there are subdivisions starting at the low end of $300,000 and quickly going up, Clertoma is a great entry level or an excellent down sizing community.  It is close to Old Milford shopping as well as all that Rivers Edge has to offer including a movie plex, Walmart and more. Most of the homes in Clertoma are ranch homes with basements.  Many times a detatched garage has been added giving storage, hobby and car space.  Basements often are partially finished with addition family room space.  Access to 275 is simple with two ramps giving direct access to both north and south bound routes.  There are multiple parks in the area as well as one on Garfield Ave.  Frontier Days is a great community event with lots of music, booths and a parade.  Once on 275, you are minutes from the Riverbend Music venue, Coney Island, Kings Island and every thing downtown Cincinnati has to offer.  FC Cincinnati soccer, Bengals football, Reds baseball and Cyclone ice hocky is close at hand.
