From last month’s Williamsburg Home Sales Update, there hasn’t been much of a change! The steady numbers 
should give most home sellers a sense of confidence when marketing their home. The school district is a great place for less expensive homes with the average sale price being $121,865. That is about $50,000 lower than the average sale price in Batavia schools. Williamsburg home sales lean very slightly toward a seller’s market meaning a home still must be at a good price and in good condition. If in good condition and priced well, on average homes are selling in less than a month and a half.
