Home Sales In The Clermont Northeastern School District
Over all, when the average sale price goes up for home sales in a school district, it is good news! That is the case for Clermont Northeastern sales! In contrast to the previous month, the average price increased by $10,000! What accounts for that?
There are several issues which can be involved. There are a few less homes available which often means buyers get into bidding wars. More likely is the uptick in sales of new construction. Price per square foot for a new built home is usually more than for the sales of existing homes, however, that doesn’t mean the sale of existing homes suffers. When new construction thrives, it pulls the rest of the market along for the ride.
You’ll also see the average price for all active properties in the school district took a nice jump. Again, this covers all types of residential properties, but when this number rises, it is also a likely good sign for sales in the next couple of months.
