The Twin Gates homes for sale expansion is happening! The new subdivision started of divided, with an entrance
on Amelia Olive Branch and separate entrance on Judd Road. However, the two ends didn’t connect. Work has now begun on building the road bed to connect the two sections, opening many new lots!
One of the builders in the development, Drees, is offering several nice homes and has different market homes coming on the market on a regular basis. At the time of the writing of this blog post, a market home is going up that boast four large bedrooms, each having its own walk in closet. The home is being offered in the mid $240,000’s. Please note, that prices and availability are subject to change.
Drees is also offering homes that are ranch and two story homes, from 1,320 square feet to 2,841 square feet and currently range in price from approximately $218,400 to $257,600.
