This report covers February 2018 through the end of April 2018.  There communities have posted some impressive numbers for the previous three months.  Homes are not staying on the market long.  The average time on market for sold homes is only 14 days. Basically, a home that is staged, marketed and priced well won’t stay on the market but for a couple weeks.

Homes that have sold have seen an average of 97.87% of asking price.  With a short time on market, that means prices generally aren’t changing prior to going under contract.

With the current inventory, it would only take about 3 months to sell all of it based on the number of sales per month from the last three months.  That indicates a nice seller’s market.
