Loveland home salesWow!  February’s numbers are encouraging!  The average sale price of Loveland home sales inched up by approximately $3000.   While that doesn’t sound exciting, it addresses a pattern of sustained positive growth.  To big on price swings going up have the pendulum effect of quickly swinging back to the negative side.  Great Cincinnati has traditionally enjoyed a steady growth in value which was about 3% to 4% a year until 2007.

Another great sign is the absorption rate, or the indicator of whether it is a buyer’s or seller’s market.  Loveland is sitting at 4.9 months of inventory which is very close to a balanced market.  That means both buyers and sellers can approach buying and selling a home with more confidence, resulting in win – win situations for many currently in the market.
