“Relaxed” is perhaps a good way to describe this Williamsburg Home Sales Update.  Williamsburg is known forWilliamsburg Home Sales Update being more laid back and relaxed than many other areas in the county.  It is a great thing to live in an area where rush hour traffic is defined as being 3 to 4 cars waiting at a red light.

Check out the graph below for the details and comparisons to last month.  The total number of available homes at the time of this report was only 17.  That covers all price ranges and locations through out the school district.  There are 14 homes under contract and only 36 closings for the last six months.  For some, that might sound scary, however, that is normal and good for the area!

The numbers indicate that it is a very balanced market.
