Shayler Ridge Home Sales for January, 2018 through March, 2018.  Perhaps the best way to describe Shayler Ridge is “Popular!”  Homes do not stay on the market long.  Since the numbers were pulled for this report, the one active listing went pending after just 7 days on the market.  Currently, there are no active listings, they move that quickly!  Average sale price has been running close to $300,000.  There are a variety of home styles.  The homes were built by M/I.
